What we do
We sell luggage direct. Hard shell suitcase sets, carry on cases that clear the airline limits, backpacks, duffel bags and the accessories that go inside them, chosen to cover the trips people actually take rather than to fill a shop floor.
Working directly with manufacturers instead of buying through a distributor and a retail chain is the whole business. It is the same luggage, without the markup that a shop front and its staff put on top of it.
How we work
We sell online only, right across Singapore. There is no shop, no shop rent and no store fit-out sitting on top of the item, and that is where the price difference comes from rather than from any trick with the goods.
Prices are in Singapore dollars, are the price charged, and are what you pay at checkout. Delivery is free on orders of $100 or more after discounts, and $25 below that. Express Shipping is $25 on any order. Orders are handled in 24 to 48 hours and then take 5 to 7 days, so allow about a week.
If you are not sure which size in a set suits the trip, or whether a case will clear your airline's carry on limit, email us at theteam@luggageshop.asia before you buy. We would rather answer the question than take the order and have the case come back.
What we will and will not tell you
Every specification on a product page is the one the supplier publishes for that item, in centimetres. Where a figure is not published we say so on the page and invite you to ask, rather than borrowing a number from a similar product. A plausible dimension nobody can stand behind is worse than an honest gap, and on luggage it is the difference between a case that boards and one that gets checked at the gate.

Hard shell suitcase sets, expandable cases, an underseat spinner with USB charging, and covers and organisers to go with them.
Duffel bags
Weekender bags with a separate shoe compartment, and travel duffels with elastic side pockets and a two way zip.
Backpacks
Carry on backpacks sized for the cabin, with a USB port and four packing cubes included.
Accessories
Vacuum storage bags with a hand pump, packing cubes and suitcase covers that keep a case out of the scratches.

How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email with tracking details when your order ships.
Where is your shop located?
We are an online store with no public showroom or collection point. Orders are delivered to your address.
Will I receive a receipt?
Your order confirmation is sent by email after payment. Tracking details follow when the order ships.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery within Singapore is free on orders of SGD 100 or more after discounts, or SGD 25 below that amount. Express delivery costs SGD 25. Contact us for an express estimate or delivery outside Singapore.
