Orders of $100 or more ship free across Singapore; below that delivery is $25. Express Shipping is $25 on any order. See Shipping and Refunds and Returns for the full detail.
There is no shop to visit. We are an online luggage retailer, which is where the price difference comes from. Trade, resale and bulk orders go through the wholesale page.

Contact our support team with your order number. We can check its progress and usually reply within one business day.
How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive an email with tracking details when your order ships.
Where is your shop located?
We are an online store with no public showroom or collection point. Orders are delivered to your address.
Will I receive a receipt?
Your order confirmation is sent by email after payment. Tracking details follow when the order ships.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery within Singapore is free on orders of SGD 100 or more after discounts, or SGD 25 below that amount. Express delivery costs SGD 25. Contact us for an express estimate or delivery outside Singapore.
Which currency are your prices in?
All prices are in Singapore dollars (SGD).
